Copyright ownership and licensing of photographs are governed by the applicable Client Agreement and are separate from this Privacy Policy.

Photographs may be delivered through secure third-party online gallery providers.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of gallery passwords and download links.

Mac Imagery is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from:

passwords shared by the Client;
public sharing of gallery links;
unauthorised access beyond Mac Imagery's reasonable control.

Where Clients purchase photographic products through the Mac Imagery Print Store, the information necessary to complete those orders may be shared with our professional print laboratory for the sole purpose of manufacturing and delivering the ordered products.
